Kru Roen was born and raised in Chiang Mai and has lived Muay Thai his entire life.
He started training at the age of eight and went on to fight more than 300 professional fights, developing a style that combines the relentless pressure of Muay Khao with the technical intelligence and creativity of Muay Femur.
But Muay Thai is more than a sport to him.
- It is his culture.
- It is his lifestyle.
- It is his identity.
For more than 40 years, Kru Roen has dedicated his life to teaching others. He has trained countless students and helped shape many successful fighters. Yet like many traditional Thai trainers, he never became wealthy from Muay Thai.
His life was never easy.
He spent decades giving everything to the sport he loves — teaching, coaching, and helping young fighters grow. Some became champions. Some moved on to bigger teams. But Kru Roen kept doing what he always did:

- And believe in the next generation.
Because for him, Muay Thai has never been about fame or money.
It has always been about people.

The gym itself opened in 2025 with one mission:
